Along the western end of the boardwalk was a construction site. A wall, decorated with local art, helped make the area a bit more scenic. The show was called "Colours of Barbados: Art Exhibition Hastings on the Boardwalk". (Notice the British spelling of the word colors.). It was presented as the "longest" art exhibition in Barbados and presented a wide variety of art created by local artists.
