Sunday was the last day of significant travel on the island. Virginia and Ken were headed back to the same general area as they’d visited the day before. Instead of merely entering their final destination in the GPS, Ken set it for a nearby village that was also right along the halfway decent road they’d traveled the evening before. Once they got to the village Ken then entered the final destination into the GPS. Using this method K+V only endured a few miles of twisting turning pothole-filled hilly roads. One of the guidebooks they’d obtained while on the island offered a bit of low tech navigation advice. “When totally lost observe the bus signs. There is really only one city on the island so a sign on a road that says “To City” is a road in the direction of Bridgetown.”
