After lunch V+K walked a few busy city blocks to see the Parliament Building. They were not able to go inside since Parliament was not in session, The guard there informed them that they would not have been allowed inside even if Parliament had been in session since they were in shorts. 😮 After this Ken + Virginia caught a taxi back to the hotel and headed for the beach and pool to cool off. Dinner that night was at the Lighthouse Restaurant in hotel. (The same place as the daily breakfast buffet.) It was every bit as mediocre and pricey as Ken had expected.
